Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler on June 28, 1986. The young woman had a troubled childhood. She was just two when her mother abandoned her in order to escape an abusive marriage. Pickler had her mother back to her life in 1995. They took charge of Pickler. The situation did not go well. Pickler was then 12 years old and was returned to her parents by court. They raised her till she was old enough to be an adult. Pickler was busy with raising her younger siblings in the absence of her parents. Pickler stated that time was not enough and that she had to learn how to care for the family members from a young age. Pickler participated in cheerleading at the middle and high school she attended. North Stanly High School graduated in the year 2004. Pickler tried out her luck as a beauty queen. Her title is Miss Stanly.
