Pickler grew up in a difficult environment. For the sake of leaving an abusive partner, Pickler's mother resigned when she was just 2 years young. Pickler was reunited with her mom in the year 1995, when she took over custody. The situation did not go very well. Pickler was then 12 years old and was remanded to her parents by court. They took care of her till she was old enough to be an adult. Pickler had to be busy with her children in the absence of their parents. The mother of three admitted she did not have time to go to school and began learning to become a housewife from an early age. Pickler was a member of the teams for cheerleading in both her middle-school and high-school. North Stanly High School was where Pickler graduated from in the year 2004.
